The focus of the Young Talent Development Programme is to offer young artists and future artistic practitioners systematic training, resource support, and opportunities to develop their career paths. The programme aims to assist them in establishing artistic networks and connections, broadening future career development prospects, enhancing their artistic and interdisciplinary collaboration skills, and promoting their works to enhance their reputation and background. Furthermore, the programme aims to cultivate the independent thinking ability, critical thinking, diversified expression ability, and lifelong learning ability of young talents, enabling them to adapt to the constantly evolving artistic and cultural environment.
